Instructions
Wash and cut all veggies into small slices and/or cubes and place into oven proof dish that also can hold the duck.
Clean whole duck and dry.
Cut duck skin diagonally, carefully avoiding to cut into the flesh.
Rub duck with the fivespice and salt and push the cloves under the skin.
Place duck on top of the veggie bed and place onto middle rack in oven.
Roast for 25 min for each kg of duck until duck is dark golden brown.
Let it sit for 5 min before cutting the serves.
