Ingredients
  • 2 kilograms Whole Duck
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Sweet Potatoe
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 teaspoon Fivespice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 Cloves
Instructions
    • Wash and cut all veggies into small slices and/or cubes and place into oven proof dish that also can hold the duck.
    • Clean whole duck and dry.
    • Cut duck skin diagonally, carefully avoiding to cut into the flesh.
    • Rub duck with the fivespice and salt and push the cloves under the skin.
    • Place duck on top of the veggie bed and place onto middle rack in oven.
    • Roast for 25 min for each kg of duck until duck is dark golden brown.
    • Let it sit for 5 min before cutting the serves.
