- Wash and cut all veggies into small slices and/or cubes and place into oven proof dish that also can hold the duck.
- Clean whole duck and dry.
- Cut duck skin diagonally, carefully avoiding to cut into the flesh.
- Rub duck with the fivespice and salt and push the cloves under the skin.
- Place duck on top of the veggie bed and place onto middle rack in oven.
- Roast for 25 min for each kg of duck until duck is dark golden brown.
- Let it sit for 5 min before cutting the serves.
