Guacamole Salad

This is one of our favorite house salads. One moment you look at it, the next it is all gone. This is the ultimate proof that things can really go faster than light.

  1. Preparing everything
    • cut cos lettuce leafs lenghtwise into thin strips
    • cut tomatoe into small cubes and add to the lettuce
    • cut garlic cloves into small slices and then cut the slices further down into really small pieces and add
    • add the olive oil, pinch of salt, toss the salad and keep it in the fridge until served.

Note

Keep a close eye on the salad to avoid it disappearing before it is served.

I love eating food with a well balanced and rich taste. And even more, I love to make it from scratch and treat it like a piece of art, culinary and visually.

Look at what you'd like to achieve and adjust to your taste and locale.
