Ingredients

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 180C.
    • Wash the potatoes and cut into cubes.
    • Cut onion roughly into stipes and place all veggies into oven proof dish
    • Wrap each salmon fillet (200g-300g) with the herbs on top into aluminium foil.
    • Place veggie dish on middle rack in oven, place wrapped salmon on a rack above the veggie dish and let it all cook for 35-40 min.

Note

A mixed salad goes nicely with that.
