  1. This dish cooks very quick
    • Preheat oven to 180C.
    • Cut 5 slices same roughly the size from the middle part of the lemon and place into an oven proof dish.
    • Place a lobster tail onto each lemon, place dish into the middle rack of the oven and cook for 10 min or until lobster tails have just turned golden brown. Be careful not to overcook.
